1. Organiser

    The Organiser of the Promotion is Carlsberg Marketing Sdn Bhd 198501008089 (140534-M).

  2. Promotion Period

    The validity period of this Promotion shall be from 3 October, 2022 to 30 November, 2022 at selected Modern Bars, Café, Bistros & Restaurants (“Participating Outlets”) in Malaysia.

  3. Eligibility
    1. This Promotion is open to all non-Muslim aged 21 years or over of Malaysian Nationality subject to other criteria set out below, the Carlsberg Standard Terms and Conditions, the terms and conditions herein and the relevant laws of Malaysia.
    2. Employees of the Organiser, its associate agencies, affiliates, distributors, dealers, sponsors, advertising and promotional agencies, and members of their immediate families will not be eligible to participate in this Promotion.
    3. This Promotion is only valid for purchases made on or within the Promotion Period as stated above. Any purchases made prior or after the Promotion Period is not eligible.
  4. Promotion Mechanics
    How to Participate? Buy any 3 Full Pints, 6 Half Pints or 1 Bucket of 1664 Blanc / 1664 Rose at the Participating Outlets to redeem one (1) Artist Edition Collectible Set (“Redemption Prize”).


    Buy 1 Tower of 1664 Blanc at the Participating Outlets to redeem two (2) Artist Edition Collectible Sets (“Redemption Prize”).
    1. The Redemption Prize is on a first come first served while stock lasts basis.
    2. Participants shall redeem the Redemption Prize at the Participating Outlets.
    3. The Organizer reserves the right to substitute the Redemption Prize with a prize of similar value, with or without notice.
    4. The Redemption Prize(s) are non-refundable, non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash credit or any other items.
    5. The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify and remove any Participant from the Promotion without notice should the Participant be suspected of tampering with their entries or breaching the Promotion terms and conditions.
    6. The Organizer’s decision on all matter relating to this Promotion shall be final, no further correspondence or appeal will be entertained.
    7. The Organizer shall be entitled to request the original identity card or the originals of other supporting documents for verification purposes during on-ground redemption or courier delivery.
    8. No substitution or transfer of Redemption Prize(s) by the Participant is permitted. The Organizer shall not be liable for any additional or incidental costs, taxes, expenses, charges, fees, losses or damage that may arise. The Organizer and its agents and employees shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential losses) or personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with or arising from the Redemption Prize(s).
    9. Privacy Policy

      By participating, Participants explicitly consents that the Organiser shall store the necessary personal data of the Consumer. The Participant is free to revoke his or her consent to the storage of data by sending an email to the Organiser as stated below and by doing so, the Participant withdraws his or her participation in this Promotion. The Organiser will use its best endeavours to keep all personal data stored for the purpose of this Promotion strictly confidential.

    10. Additional Terms
      1. The Promotion Terms and the Carlsberg’s Standard Terms and Conditions (collectively “Terms and Conditions”) shall be binding on all Participants who participate in this Promotion. The definitions in the Carlsberg’s Standard Terms and Conditions shall apply unless otherwise expressly stated in the Promotion Terms. In the event of any discrepancies between these terms and conditions and any advertising, promotional, publicity and other materials relating to or in connection with this Promotion, the final terms and conditions on Carlsberg’s website shall prevail.
      2. By participating, Participants agree to the Terms & Conditions applied.
      3. The Organiser is also not responsible for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay, failure in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction, unauthorized access to, or alteration of, user or member communications, or any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, the website, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, system, apparatus, software, failure of e-mail or receipt of entry on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet and/or telecommunication services.
      4. The Organiser reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
